Egypt’s Industrial Innovation Action Plan set out to reimagine how industry, academia, and government work together to drive economic growth. Funded by GIZ and led by the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the plan replaced fragmented, one-way technology transfer models with a collaborative partnership approach.
