Whether it’s connecting entrepreneurs to investors, linking farmers to markets, or enabling citizens to access public services — digital platforms are now the backbone of modern economies.
Yet many initiatives fail because platforms are poorly designed, underutilized, or disconnected from real user needs.
We design and develop high-impact, user-centric platforms that deliver real value and scale sustainably.
We create fit-for-purpose platforms for economic, social, and innovation ecosystems:

Egyptian MSMEs and industrial stakeholders often struggle with limited visibility and international market access, restricting their global competitiveness. To address this, Innovety partnered with the Export Council to design and launch an E-Directory platform. The objective was to strengthen market linkages, boost international visibility for Egyptian industries, and equip MSMEs with digital tools to promote their products globally.
Innovety developed the platform’s strategy, infrastructure, and user interface, featuring advanced search functions and an interactive ecosystem map. We curated content for 50 companies across priority sectors, building detailed, up-to-date profiles for global stakeholders. To maximize reach, we executed a digital outreach campaign (SEO, Google Ads, social media) and trained Export Council staff to manage content and ensure the platform’s long-term sustainability.
Wataneya Society sought to digitize its institutional development services and position itself as a regional leader in alternative care by launching an e-learning platform. The goal was to upskill caregivers, orphanage staff, and foster care professionals across Egypt and the MENA region while ensuring sustainability and outreach amid COVID-19-driven shifts toward distance learning.
Conducted a comprehensive status quo and market analysis covering platform features, content models, business models, and digital strategies. Designed a tailored e-learning platform, developed course content for alternative care providers, and proposed monetization strategies. A full marketing and communications plan was created to drive outreach and user adoption.
The Misr Innovative Arts Platform (MINNA) was launched to strengthen the capacity of Egyptian artists and cultural operators, tackling gaps in training, funding, and audience engagement. The program promoted culture and diversity as engines of social and economic growth, aligned with Egypt’s Sustainable Development Strategy 2020. Objectives included fostering job creation in the cultural sector, improving access to finance, boosting marketing skills, and expanding public participation in cultural activities.
Innovety designed and developed the MINNA online platform, complete with dedicated landing pages for open calls. We built a strong digital presence through social media, newsletters, ads, and press outreach, while producing e-learning modules and running targeted online campaigns. A comprehensive digital communication strategy ensured maximum reach, visibility, and audience engagement.
To address the lack of a unified mechanism for connecting Egypt’s innovation stakeholders, Innovety partnered with MCIT to create EgyptInnovate.com, a one-stop platform fostering collaboration among startups, universities, industry, and individual innovators. The platform aimed to overcome ecosystem barriers—such as limited awareness of innovation management, weak IP infrastructure, and insufficient startup support—while positioning entrepreneurship as a viable career path.
Designed and launched Egypt’s first comprehensive innovation platform, combining interactive tools, knowledge resources, and ecosystem mapping. Developed and managed engaging content, including articles, toolkits, e-learning modules, and event listings, while implementing a digital strategy to expand the platform’s reach and impact.
Commissioned by the General Authority for Defense Development (GADD) in Saudi Arabia, this project aimed to design a comprehensive innovation platform to accelerate research, collaboration, and technological advancement in the defense sector. The platform was intended to align with GADD’s strategic priorities, establish mechanisms for managing the full innovation cycle, and strengthen stakeholder engagement and internal capabilities.
We launched the project with a governance and objectives alignment workshop with GADD stakeholders, followed by benchmarking global defense innovation platforms to extract best practices. Innovety then designed the platform’s functional and governance requirements, covering user interaction and integration mechanisms. To ensure sustainability, we delivered capacity-building workshops and training for GADD staff, supported by continuous project management and stakeholder engagement.
Under the START framework and RDPP, this project transformed Bosla into a regional service repository for migrants in five North African countries. The outdated platform was replaced with a modern, multi-language system to improve user experience, enable community engagement, and provide IOM with exportable offline data.
We rebuilt the platform with a new website and mobile app, enhanced UI/UX, multi-language support, and country-specific features. Back-end systems were optimized, content migrated, and IOM staff trained through ToT sessions. A user manual was delivered to ensure smooth operation and maintenance.
In response to Egypt’s currency devaluation, this initiative aimed to strengthen the export competitiveness of Egyptian engineering MSMEs. It focused on enabling businesses to develop innovative, differentiated products through technology transfer, innovation, and product adaptation, while facilitating access to European markets via strategic matchmaking.
Conducted assessments of 100+ companies to analyze product features, value chains, and market positioning. Delivered capacity‑building workshops and developed 250+ business concepts. For 25 selected MSMEs, we designed market feasibility studies, commercialization roadmaps, and technology‑transfer strategies, while facilitating European partnerships through structured matchmaking and B2B linkages.
