Why this matters

Groundbreaking research means little if it never reaches the market. Without a clear commercialization pathway, valuable ideas stay locked in labs, innovation ecosystems underperform, and potential revenue is lost.

We help research institutions and businesses achieve this by:

  • Assessing research capacity to pinpoint strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Building researchers’ capabilities that make technology transfer routine — not the exception.
  • Developing technology transfer & commercialization models that connect research to industry needs.

What we do

We design and implement end-to-end research management & technology commercialization solutions:

  • Assess Research & Technology Commercialization Capacity: Review institutional readiness, policies, and infrastructure for technology transfer.
  • Train & Build Internal Capacity: Equip researchers, managers, and policymakers with the skills to manage, license, and scale technological innovation.
  • Develop a Research Management & Commercialization Roadmap: Create actionable steps for moving research from concept to market.
  • Build Technology Transfer & Commercialization Structures: Establish technology transfer structures, their operational models, and processes that connect academia with industry.
  • Design Technology Transfer & Commercialization blueprints, guidebooks, and toolkits:Develop comprehensive operational manuals and playbooks that outline processes, best practices, and tools for managing, licensing, and scaling innovations.
  • Establish Innovation & Entrepreneurship Centers: Create the operational and business models of the centers that drive innovation competitions & hackathons, as well as supporting startups spin-offs.

Our Approach

We make research commercialization systematic and scalable:

  1. Map and Assess your research and innovation assets: Identify technologies, IP, graduation projects and capabilities with the highest commercial potential.
  2. Develop the research and innovation opportunity map: Commercial evaluation of research and innovation assets across all industrial sectors
  3. Link with industry: Match research and innovation assets with corporate challenges and opportunities that can create high economic value.
  4. Design technology transfer and commercialization structures: Build operational and business models of technology transfer offices
  5. Design Technology Transfer & Commercialization blueprints, guidebooks, and toolkits: Develop comprehensive operational manuals and playbooks that outline processes, best practices, and tools for managing, licensing, and scaling innovations.
  6. Build institutional capability: Train staff, establish governance, and set up infrastructure for technology transfer.
  7. Establish Innovation & Entrepreneurship Centers: Create the operational and business models of the centers that drive innovation competitions & hackathons, as well as supporting startups spin-offs.

The impact

  • Faster market entry for innovations, supported by clear commercialization roadmaps from lab to market.
  • New revenue streams and higher research ROI through licensing, partnerships, and spin-offs.
  • Stronger, institutionalized links between academia and industry that accelerate adoption.
  • Expanded access to funding via grants, investors, and international networks, boosting global recognition for research excellence.
