															To boost UNFPA’s visibility across the Arab States, Innovety partnered with UNFPA ASRO to map and analyze the social media presence of its regional and 15 country offices. The project aimed to identify strengths and gaps, design a 2023–2024 social media strategy, and equip teams with practical tools to strengthen outreach and engagement.
We conducted a comprehensive audit of UNFPA’s regional and country office platforms, developed a unified regional social media strategy, and created guides for ads management and performance monitoring. An online workshop was delivered to communications focal points across all 15 offices to ensure alignment and build capacity for effective rollout.
 
															Egypt’s cultural products at CultNat suffered from limited visibility and poor promotion. Innovety partnered with CultNat to design a digital strategy that enhanced cultural engagement, built staff capacity in digital marketing and 3D visualization, and piloted campaigns to expand heritage outreach locally and globally.
We introduced a three-phase strategy (awareness, education, engagement), trained 35 staff in digital marketing and 25 in 3D visualization, and launched three pilot campaigns with coaching and shadowing to ensure sustainable adoption.
 
															Aligned with the global “localization of aid” agenda, the Shabake Project empowered six Lebanese NGOs to lead crisis recovery efforts after the Syrian crisis, COVID-19, and the Beirut Port explosion. Innovety was tasked with building their digitalization skills to support MSMEs through a digital media strategy guidebook and hands-on training.
We created a step-by-step digital media guidebook for MSMEs and delivered a Training of Trainers to 20 NGO representatives. The program built their capacity to coach businesses on social media, e-commerce, content strategy, web analytics, and digital marketing, ensuring sustainable digital transformation support.
 
															Under the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) program, Innovety supported women-owned and women-managed MSMEs in Egypt to strengthen their digital presence, improve brand visibility, and expand market share. The initiative aimed to equip participants with practical tools for digital marketing, e-commerce, and reputation management to help them drive growth and customer acquisition.
Delivered customized training on SEO, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, e-business commerce, and social media strategies. Designed client-specific digital marketing strategies for participating businesses, including Pandora, Royal Herbs, and BZNSCloud, with a focus on rebranding, digital content creation, and online reputation management. Conducted practical workshops and case studies to ensure participants could apply these strategies effectively.

Innovety was engaged to design and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to drive in-store visits through targeted online campaigns, creating a cohesive digital presence that supported retail growth.
