At Innovety, we help research institutions and corporates unlock the full potential of their research and intellectual properties.
We design research management and technology commercialization roadmaps to protect and translate R&D into market-ready solutions.
This isn’t theory it’s about delivering measurable outcomes:

Technology & IP Management is the structured process of managing research outputs, protecting intellectual property, and commercializing innovations. It ensures that R&D investments generate measurable returns through patents, licensing, startups, and industry partnerships.
We build tailored commercialization roadmaps, design technology transfer offices (TTOs), connect academia with industry, and support funding models that accelerate market adoption.
Without a proper IP strategy, valuable innovations risk being underutilized or copied. Our IP strategy services ensure your assets are protected, properly valued, and monetized through licensing, spin-offs, or strategic partnerships.
ROI can be measured by new patents filed, IP licensing revenue, successful research-to-market transitions, number of industry partnerships, and overall increase in innovation adoption rates.
Turning Challenges into Opportunities for Growth.
Misr El Kheir Social Incubator sought to strengthen the capacity of Technology Transfer Offices (TTOs) at Egyptian universities to effectively guide entrepreneurial teams through the full cycle of technology development and commercialization. The aim was to empower TTO experts with the tools and knowledge to transform innovative ideas into market-ready solutions that address societal challenges.
Developed a comprehensive commercialization toolkit and delivered capacity-building programs for five TTOs. Our approach combined consulting, coaching, and shadowing to help TTO staff master technology scouting, assessment, and commercialization processes. We also piloted real projects to ensure the toolkit’s practical application and sustainability.
This program, under the EU‑funded PHEMAC initiative, aimed to accelerate R&D projects in the Water‑Energy‑Food (WEF) Nexus by preparing them for market entry. It focused on enabling participants to explore commercialization pathways, strengthen their business models, and enhance their go‑to‑market strategies.
Designed a full bootcamp curriculum covering innovation fundamentals, market segmentation, business modelling, financial projections, and pitching. Innovety delivered a multi‑day bootcamp for shortlisted projects, followed by individualized coaching to refine commercialization strategies and pitch readiness. Virtual acceleration sessions provided tailored support to finalize go‑to‑market plans.
In partnership with the Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre (TIEC), this project aimed to enhance the capacity of ICT MSMEs to understand, protect, and monetize intellectual property (IP). It focused on equipping businesses with practical strategies to leverage IP as an asset for innovation, growth, and long‑term sustainability.
Designed and delivered structured training modules covering trademarks, copyrights, patents, and IP in digital contexts. Private workshops guided MSMEs through patent searches, contract drafting, and applying IP principles to their business models. One‑on‑one consultations provided tailored strategies for IP management, commercialization, and integration into broader business objectives.
Innovety collaborated with the European Business Network to address critical gaps in Egypt’s innovation and intellectual property (IP) ecosystem, including fragmented policies, underutilized IP rights, and limited cross-sectoral collaboration. The project aimed to enhance policy coherence, raise IP awareness among innovators and entrepreneurs, and foster collaboration between government, academia, and industry.
Conducted a detailed analysis of Egypt’s innovation and IP landscape, engaging key stakeholders to identify barriers and opportunities. Leveraging global best practices, developed a national innovation and IP framework with tailored education programs and policy recommendations to ensure adoption and lasting impact.
In partnership with the Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre (TIEC), the project aimed to build the IP capabilities of ICT-focused MSMEs in Egypt. By positioning IP as a key driver of innovation and growth, it equipped participants with the knowledge and tools to protect, manage, and commercialize their intangible assets.
Delivered IP training modules grounded in international best practices, adapted to Egypt’s legal and market context. Misr El Kheir Foundation aimed to establish a structured, transparent, and efficient process for funding scientific research, ensuring alignment with its strategic goals. The project sought to streamline the funding lifecycle—from proposal submission to project monitoring—while safeguarding intellectual property (IP) and maximizing the technical and commercial value of funded projects.
Carried out a comprehensive assessment of existing funding processes, identifying critical gaps and inefficiencies. Building on these insights, we designed a robust end-to-end funding framework that streamlined proposal evaluation, project selection, and monitoring. Developed clear policies on IP protection, confidentiality, and ethics, alongside standardized forms, agreements, and templates to ensure consistent evaluations and transparent reporting.
In partnership with CARE, Innovety enhanced the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching capabilities of university professors in Jordan. The program aimed to transfer advanced knowledge, models, and best practices to professors, enabling them to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship into academic programs and increase youth employability through the Faculty for Factory National Program.
Innovety delivered an online ToT program using our “Know / How to / Do” framework, blending theory with practical application. Through interactive workshops, case studies, and post-training mentorship, professors were equipped with the skills to develop and deliver impactful innovation and entrepreneurship curricula.
With ASRT, Innovety enhanced the capabilities of Egypt’s TTOs and TICOs in IP protection, commercialization, and innovation management, while piloting projects to bridge research with market needs and drive economic impact.
Innovety delivered a capacity-building program integrating theoretical and hands-on training in IP management and commercialization, supported by mentorship and extended coaching. Three selected TICOs received tailored guidance to bring pilot technologies from ideation to market entry, embedding best practices for sustainable commercialization.
To bridge the gap between research and commercialization, the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT) engaged Innovety to lead a three-day Innovation Bootcamp. The program aimed to equip researchers and innovators with the tools to transform research outputs into viable business concepts, focusing on business modeling, market validation, and financial planning.
Innovety designed and facilitated an intensive bootcamp combining theory with hands-on application. Through interactive sessions and one-on-one mentoring, participants developed business models, validated market opportunities, and prepared investor-ready pitches.
